Ella McSweeney
Irish food and farming journalist and reporter
Ella McSweeney has worked for BBC, RTÉ and The Guardian, Irish Times, Irish Examiner and other publications as food and farming journalist and reporter. She graduated from Trinity College, Dublin specialising in zoology and is a post graduate student in food policy at City University, London. Ella has presented RTÉ’s award-winning food and farming series Ear to the Ground since 2008. Her work with RTÉ has also included The Consumer Show, Power in the Blood documentary and Open for Business alongside Richard Curran.

Diarmuid Gavin is an award-winning Garden Designer, TV and Radio Broadcaster, Author and Columnist who works in a contemporary style throughout the world. His design philosophy involves listening carefully to the client’s brief, gaining an understanding of the space, acknowledging all architectural and historical influences and developing a refined, considered and sustainable design solution with some added magic. A busy television career has seen him work for all the main broadcasters in Ireland and the UK, including the BBC, ITV, RTÉ and Virgin Media.
Anja Murray
Ecologist, environmental policy analyst and a broadcaster
Anja Murray is an ecologist, environmental policy analyst and broadcaster. She is a presenter on the long running ‘Eco Eye’ on RTÉ 1 and also writes and presents the award winning radio slot ‘Nature File’ on RTÉ Lyric FM. As an expert on Ireland’s natural environment, she works in television and radio; as an advisor to both the state and corporate sectors; and with local communities, NGOs and youth groups.
