Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA’s) workshop – 6th February, ICS HQ

On the morning of February 6th, Paul Walsh will run a workshop on Data Protection Impact Assessment. On the afternoon of February 6th, Tom Hulton will share with you the best practices on how to handle subject access requests and will discuss with you the dos and don’ts and some of the more controversial aspects such as the receipt of a DSAR during a contentious investigation, disciplinary or appeals process and the access to CCTV footage.
