The 2023 Business & Finance Awards, in association with KPMG, is now open for nominations. Candidates are encouraged to submit their applications for the awards ceremony which celebrates Ireland’s top business leaders and leadership teams. The prestigious awards gala will take place on Thursday, 7th December 2023, at the Convention Centre Dublin, attended by more than 1,000 business, political and social leaders.
Since first launching in 1974, The Business & Finance Awards has been the benchmark for leading companies in Ireland. The programme celebrates excellence in innovation, growth, and scale of individual business leaders and leadership teams.
This year’s event was launched with programme partners including KPMG Managing Partner Séamus Hand, Ibec CEO Danny McCoy, Coillte CEO Imelda Hurley, Peter Power, Executive Director, UNICEF Ireland and Kevin Sherry, Executive Director, Enterprise Ireland.

Finalists for the Business & Finance Awards are chosen by a judging panel comprising industry experts who will assess applications submitted from across the Island of Ireland.
The Business & Finance Awards Programme also hosts the Sutherland Leadership Award along with the TK Whitaker Award. The programme has previously honoured several of the most outstanding leaders of our generation including President Clinton, Kofi Annan, Mary Robinson, Sir John Major, Senator George Mitchell, Mario Draghi. The 2023 Programme hosted & recognised Ursula von der Leyen, European Commission President and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
