Facilitation Skills Workshop for Managers

One of the most important sets of skills for leaders and managers are facilitation skills. These are the “process” skills we use to guide and direct key parts of our organizing work with groups of people such as meetings, planning sessions, and training of our members and leaders. This facilitation skills training course looks at the principles, values and techniques needed for dynamic, participatory and experiential facilitation. There will also be role playing opportunities to apply the tools and techniques and practice facilitation yourself.
