Handling Difficult Behaviour Training

Naturally, no one wants to work with difficult people but unfortunately most people will have to deal with difficult colleagues or customers during their careers. This course has been developed to assist course delegates who need to increase their confidence and skills in handling challenging situations which may arise from dealing with difficult people in the workplace. The course aims to equip delegates – whether they are dealing with customers, colleagues, supervisors or subordinates – with a set of practical tools to handle these “tricky” situations effectively.
