This Negotiation Skills course will help you understand the key elements of successful negotiation, offering techniques to deliver better deals. Based on the real-world expertise of the tutor’s delivery of multi-million dollar sport rights deals, it uses relevant stories and case studies to deliver an interactive learning experience, and works equally well face-to-face or virtually. Especially relevant in today’s ‘new normal’ when face-to-face meetings are not always possible, it addresses how to negotiate using different communications media.
